What makes you different? (75 Word Minimum) I am a prior service US Army 13F, Joint Fire Support Specialist with Joint Terminal Attack Controller certifications. I’ve been doing Milsim RP since I was 14 in Arma 3, Squad, FiveM, and other games. I have led numerous units, factions, empires even across numerous different servers and love to help others enhance their knowledge, roleplay capabilities, and leadership qualities.
Why should we consider you? (50 Word Minimum) I bring to the server a lot of experience as well as real life experience to enhance everyones roleplaying experience and help keep things grounded close to reality. I like to deliver a very direct engagement to every character I encounter and allow a persona to be built to help uphold the entire factions story and to assist in furthering server storylines or help create new RP scenarios when RP seems to be stale or stagnant.

What skills can you bring to the Faction or PMCS you are applying for? I can bring multiple levels of leadership to this faction as Ive ran the entirety of the Russian Armed Forces before. I can bring proper soldiering tactics to assist in teaching new roles to soldiers already within the RUAF. I also like to bring in a new story line and allow the RU to experience its own story seperate to simply fighting terrorists or US.

If so what, if none, write “NONE”: Plenty, as well as having led the faction I was also assigned to do multiple levels of intelligence gathering to be a effective combat controller to identify Russian Armed Forces threat to friendly forces including but not limited to, equipment, rank structure, element structure, uniforms, allies, combat capabilities, combat operation mobility and tactics.

What is our Zero Tolerance Policy? (In your own words, Do not copy and paste) The zero tolerance policy is set as if you break a zero tolerance rule you are liable to be removed from the server with zero extra staff intervention if any was there in the first place as you have broken a rule that may cause a disturbance within the community if anyone found out or is directly affected.
